Jaguar/Land Rover Spain considers the need to prepare a proposal for renovation of facilities that adapts them to its Construction Standards Manual so that the main service reception activities are carried out in the aforementioned building. The facilities must meet the following program needs:
– Exhibition of new vehicles- Reception and waiting areas- Sales offices- Seller areas- New vehicle delivery areas Formal aspects:
The new JLR standards have been designed based on three essential concepts:
– Transparency: it is absolutely essential that our clients do not perceive any obstacles in the process of accessing and visiting our facilities, with three clear objectives: clarity of identification from the street, from access to our parking areas, and in the tour of the building itself.
– Flexibility: the new standards are designed taking into account the need to be implemented in existing buildings that may have different topographical, urban planning, and construction conditions. This flexibility allows us to adapt to local conditions by applying them rigorously.
– Modularity: The design is based on grouping fundamental modules to achieve the program of needs proposed in each case, adapting to the different real dimensions that can occur in the commercial network.
The design of the new standards has taken into account the environmental aspect as one of its foundations. The relationship between glazed and blind areas has been rigorously studied in order to limit caloric intake by controlling energy consumption.
The colors used on the facade have been designed to adapt to any weather condition. The new image seeks to achieve an important visual impact on customers, based on these three criteria:
– Generates in the viewer a desire to know the product.
– Conveys a great sensation of solidity.
– It is unequivocally permanent.
These qualities are based on a new design concept: EL ARCO.
EL ARCO gives each dealership an unmistakable air of authority in the landscape, giving the two brands a clear distinction with respect to their competitors and transmitting trust and quality to customers, generating a clear aspirational component.
The Jaguar and Land Rover brands are undoubtedly iconic in the automotive industry, and this arch gives them a home worthy of their innovative designs. The expectations generated on the outside are transmitted to the inside, maintaining the precision and regularity of the façade, but allowing a flow and a relaxed route that aims to be welcoming and generate environments that adapt to each stage of our clients' journey through our facilities.
EL ARCO idea, inspired by these concepts, makes the Jaguar and Land Rover brands perceived today and in the future, as luxurious, powerful, and built for the individual.
