This project is carried out for the bidding for the commercial exploitation of a kiosk-bar located on the Rambla de Santa Cruz de Tenerife, in the Plaza de La Paz, "Kiosk La Paz".

The kiosk is made up of a single compact module, with a rectangular floor plan with direct access from the outside, lacking a warehouse. It has an approximate constructed area of 20 m².

It is built with a steel structure on a concrete floor, lined with wood and metal sheets, access is through a door integrated into the bar, located on the left side of it. The opening for the use of the bar is made with pivoting sheet metal modules with a horizontal axis. The kiosk has a cover that flies over it to protect the bar from rain and the sun.

The interior lining is made of stainless steel sheets integrated with the bar.

It also has a nearby terrace area, covered by a canopy, with an approximate area of 81 m².

The intervention has consisted of a general cleaning of the structure of the kiosk, vertical walls and roof, as well as the terrace canopy, all electricity, water supply, sanitation, gas and telephone installations have been adapted and replaced the marquee light fittings with other outdoor LED ones.

The exterior wooden cladding was replaced by another one made of iridescent composite aluminum, which changes shades depending on the incidence of sunlight.
